Much more than our posted quality statement, our ISO certificate, or any of the external trappings, our commitment to quality is woven into the very fabric of our corporate culture. We have a fully equipped and staffed Quality Assurance Lab with state-of-the-art equipment for product testing.

    Equipment hardware and software is evaluated annually, and our commitment to maintaining this high standard is a core business philosophy. Quality assurance is also responsible for all critical direct materials and consumables that have an impact on quality. They have sole discretion for supplier approvals or removals. Overseeing all quality assurance is a senior level manager reporting directly to the president.

    EDC has successfully maintained a Quality System, using Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, for certification and surveillance audits.
